Beer that changes the rules of the game - our Berliner Weisse was created on a classic base, which is the result of our passion and tradition. We subjected it to a process of acidification using lactic acid bacteria to achieve a distinct character and pronounced flavor. But that's not all - we decided to introduce extraordinary flavor accents to this beer. We added juicy cherries to it, which give it intensity and a fruity aroma. Berries enrich the whole with a delicate sweetness and unique coloration. To emphasize this exceptional combination, we added a natural almond flavor, which gives the beer a subtle, almond-creamy aftertaste.
