Together with the Promised Land Brewery we have prepared something delicious - an intensely acidic, just as sweet, velvety, grain-like and incredibly fruity beer that will take you to your favorite tropical shore. Acidified with lactic acid bacteria, brewed with a high proportion of lactose, fermented with tropical lychee and mango puree and mixed with vanilla and coconut during the ripening process.
