Barley Wine is a style of beer that combines the characteristics of both wine and beer, which is why it is also called ‘barley wine’(literal translation).
Aromatic profile: sultanas, fruit, wine notes, port, caramel, malt
Taste: full-bodied, malty, delicate hop bitterness
Colour: ruby
Ingredients: water from own deep wells; malts: pale ale, melanoidin mela red alder, pilsner, caramel; dates; hops: sybilla (PL), marynka (PL), mosaic (USA), top-fermenting yeast from own propagation station.
