Browar Amber - Herbal Barley Wine

t the 30th anniversary of our brewery, we have created HERBAL BARLEY WINE with an extract of 30°BLG. It is a beer with a rich, warming character whose density is comparable to dessert wines. Aging for many months with blue soyagia sultanas gives it a fullness and smoothness that is gently broken up by hibiscus. The addition of cornflower and mallow not only enriches the aroma, but also lends unique colour reflections.
