Brouwersnös - Stadschcommandant

Stadschcommandant: a one-off special beer brewed in honour of the Battle of Grolle. Another wonderful collab between Grolsch and Brouwersnös from Groenlo. An authentic brown beer, brewed with dark malts. Matching the zeitgeist of yesteryear. Matthijs van Dulcken was the Town Commander of the Veste Groll (Groenlo) at the time it fell back into State hands, in the year 1627. The atmosphere in the town and the siege led by Prince Frederik Hendrik can be experienced every two years again in Groenlo during the Battle of Grolle
