Beer description
Spraying and extravagant, this chilled sour ale reminds of the 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air. Brooklyn Bel Air is full of surprises. A beer in the style of Californians: on the nose clear notes of Litchi, passion fruit and other tropical fruits. On the palate, tasty and pasty with a slightly sour finish. Bel Air Sour goes well with sorbets, fresh fruits, roast chicken, sea fruits and goat's cheese.
