A lighter incarnation of the German Koźlak, which, despite its strength, is characterized by its drinkability. Traditionally a seasonal variant that is served in late spring and early summer. It is characterized by a moderate maltiness, which is dominated by bread, biscuit and less common caramel notes. The hops stand out delicately in the form of herbal accents.
