Beer description
Mixed fermentation beer. In the first phase it undergoes regular fermentation as with all our beers, while in the second part it has remained 3 years in ex-barrels of red wine. Intense red fruit and cherry notes dominate, crisp and acidic in the mouth, round with a slight bitterness on the finish. To be enjoyed sip after sip, on its own or with good cheese.
