Concocted by your local Cascade Brewing sourheads for Dillon T. Pickle & friends. This barrel aged sour blonde ale was aged on fresh watermelon rinds, fresh dill, yellow mustard seeds, coriander, allspice, and sea salt. The aromas of dill, cucumber, and melon are supported by a dry briny mouthfeel filled with pickling spices. Pickleback anyone?
