Beer description
This IPA is the beer version of grandma’s key lime pie. The use of Vienna and Pilsner malt provide malty and biscuit notes, while the flaked wheat and oat malt help to provide a creamy mouthfeel. Lactose has been used to create a medium to high body in the beer while adding some sweetness to balance the citrus notes of the key lime. The hops in this beer provide notes of citrus, pine, and tropical fruits, which are enhanced by the key lime to make a fresh, slightly bitter aftertaste.
