Continuing our TIPA journey, THE NUMBER OF THE YEAST is the slightly smaller brother (9.8% ABV) of YEAST OF EDEN. Featuring Enigma, Columbus, Idaho7, Mosaic BBC, Mosaic CRYO, it brings passion fruit, red berries and a light citrus aroma. Malts: barley. Wheat. Oats.
