Brewery Ommegang - Legend of Heath

For the fierce female warriors of the Flora tribe, the final rite of passage is to seek out her spirit animal and ride through the inky night slaying the demons of the forest. This tradition pays homage to Heath the Great who vanquished the marauding demons from the back of her faithful panther. Notes of Cinnamon, Vanilla, Maple, French Toast and Bourbon come through on this barrel aged stout.
