Beer description
We’re tapping a Bavarian rite of spring. And it’s big time authentic, having been brewed in our German brauhaus with German malts and German hops. In a moment of nostalgia, we employed an old brewing method, decoction, to eke out every last bit of sugar in our malt. This pale amber liquid beer-candy is chock-full of malty sweetness with a subtle hop presence to balance it out. Enjoy with wurst, pig knuckle, roasted potatoes, cucumber salad.
