BrewDog - OverWorks Joyous Event

SOUR IPA DRY-HOPPED WITH HUELL MELON Sour IPA dry-hopped with Huell Melon, aged in Rioja wine barrels. The Joyous Event is upon us. Our friends from IMBC collaborated with us on the beer they want to drink at their festival, a smashable mixed fermentation IPA. The team from IMBC tasted their way through the OverWorks cellar creating a blend of old and young. Sour stock aged for one year in Rioja red wine barrels was rejuvenated with a blast of fresh, Brett IPA and dry-hopped with Huell Melon to accentuate the rich fruity fermentation character.
