Beer description
Deya’s mastery of hop and haze and our fanatical focus on funk has led to this – a citrus-infused sour foeder aged IPA. Dry-hopped with Citra and infused with grapefruit zest, it fuses modern hop flavour with traditional wood-ageing, split by the complexity of Brettanomyces and our house sour culture. As comrades in collaboration, we have produced a beer balancing citrus and lactic acidity with crushable hop-sessionability.
