It’s a West Coast IPA, but not as you know it. Taking a style that’s been roaming these parts for 30 odd years and throwing in modern techniques and ingredients, this is an outlaw in the most enjoyable way. Cold fermented to create an ultra clean and light body, and heaped with experimental hops Talus and Strata CGX, this is a crisp, tropical and citrusy cowboy of a beer. Saddle up and enjoy the ride.
