BrewDog - Nanodog #0009

NanoDog number 9 is our lager love letter to the West Coast. It might be a little late, but we wanted to make sure it was absolutely perfect. Putting our own spin on this Californian trend, #0009 is dry hopped at IPA levels. HBC 586 hops saturate a clean German Pilsner malt and torrefied rice base fermented cold with W34/70 giving it huge notes of dank passionfruit and melon. Coming in at 6.2%, it’s got all the hops of an IPA and is dangerously crushable. Brewed in small quantities with a short shelf life, so get them down you ASAP.
