Utilising the rogue barrels left behind from various blends, it is a blank canvas on which to create unique sour beers. Taking select Rioja and Vinsanto barrels for a delicate and tannic base. Refermented with Hibiscus and Lime zest for floral and citrus aromas and an amazing scarlet hue. Fermentation flavours keep the delicate beer funky and complex through to a bone dry finish.
