Beer description
This blend of Herefordshire Cider Apple and East German dessert apple is matured in ex-Borbon barrels for 6 months by one of the masters of American whiskey. The time in the oak gives it an emblematic note of vanilla, which is really strange for a cider. Whipping tannins counteract this taste in a bittersweet showdown in the finish.
