Brew York Sulaco

Single hopped IPA with Simcoe hops. Slightly cloudy, orange-copper-colored beer with a small white head. Quite a sweet smell of orange, sweet caramel and toffee. Quite dry taste, fruity like orange and grapefruit, some caramel. A bit of peach on the finish and a lot of bitterness.
