Brouwerij Eleven - Brett Atomic Monster: Passion Pulsar

In a secret lab, brewers Julian and Kevin planned to make a Raw Brett Berliner Weisse. One fruited, one hopped, and when combined, a super-beer. Is this genius or mad science? Brett-Atomc Monster is a collaboration brew between us and Eleven Brewery out of Utrecht. We started with the same base beer and then added our own additions with the goal of making two beers that can be enjoyed separately or blended together.
