Beer description
Matured in the Mostelofass, which formerly offered strong pear dessert wine and gave it the finishing touch. Strong brown with reddish reflections. Pear, pepper and anise in the antrunk. Dry, powerful body full of woody notes. Gently fruity, apricot and cider pear show up. Loud notes of stone fruit in the finish.
