Braukunstkeller Schneeeule Brettamarsi

In the glass, the Brettamarsi presents itself in a clouded, dark orange gold and is decorated by a narrow foam crown. The nose is surprised by fruity notes of peach, lemon and green apple. Only minimal wood barrel notes can be discovered. In the antrunk, the Berliner Weisse with its sour notes comes to the fore before the fruity aroma of hops can develop. The combination of acidity and fruity and tart aromas is very successful. At the end there is a nice tart hop impression on the palate.
