Beer description
New England IPA (NEIPA) teases out the full aroma of the hops. Intensive hop additions at the end of the hot brewhouse process give the beer its fruity "juiciness". Cold hopping after primary fermentation adds powerful "top note" aromas to the NEIPA. Particularly high-protein malts bind these flavors excellently - from beer preparation to the connoisseur!
