Beer description
Kveik is a very special yeast strain. It manages to ferment very quickly at extreme temperatures. At a proud 33 °C, fermentation takes only 2 to 3 days. Generally there are several Kveik yeasts, this strain comes from the Voss region in western Norway. Its characteristic is an aroma reminiscent of oranges. The whole is rounded by the fruity notes of pineapple, tangerine and melon of the American hop varieties Idaho 7, Mosaic and Ekuanot.
