A first-class Pils brewed with freshly harvested hops. At the end of August, for the hop harvest, we were at the organic farmer Bentele in Tettnang on Lake Constance and selected the most beautiful hops. Back home, the fresh hops were processed immediately, undried, preserving all the essential oils. You can expect a scent of meadow herbs, fresh and spicy. A heavenly, tart treat!
