The word "memorial" means "memorial" in German. For our newest creation, the THANK YOU mark, we've decided to brew a double-hopped memorial to celebrate some of our favorite THANK YOU hops! We didn't want a single hop to reap all of the fame. Therefore, the proportion of hops is relatively evenly distributed among 7 different varieties, including the hoppy staple foods Mosaic, Azacca, Strata, Nelson Sauvin and Citra, but also ~ 30% from the wet heroes of the west coast, Columbus and Pahto. Thanks to the miracles of biotransformation, there are tons of tropical fruits and citrus fruits to enjoy, but also many of the eponymous hot, resinous notes so that we don't forget how beers should actually taste.
