Beer description

The tradition of cellar beer evenings in the Zipf brewery, which has become a magnet for visitors, promises unfiltered, pure enjoyment fresh from the barrel. The Zipfer cellar beer has won over many pleasure drinkers. Until now, the beer specialty was only available once a week in the Zipfer brewery. From now on it will also be bottled freshly brewed in order to make this special taste experience accessible to a wider audience. “Zipfer stands for the courage to go your own way, pure and unfiltered, just like the Zipfer cellar beer. Since this is now also available in restaurants and as reusable bottles in stores, enjoyment is as individual as the beer lovers themselves, can be experienced anywhere and anytime ”, says Andreas Stieber, Marketing Director of Brau Union Österreich. The naturally cloudy, light golden beer with pleasantly fresh hop notes and 5% alcohol content unfolds its refreshing taste best in a mug at an optimal drinking temperature of 7-9 degrees. The beer specialty goes particularly well with hearty dishes such as roasts, grilled meats, game dishes or burgers.

Trüb mit tollen, klebrigen Schaum. Geschmacklich hat es eine langlebige Bittere.
Passt.

Etikett im Braurei-Style. Honiggelbes, naturtrübes Bier mit stabilem Schaum. Geruch nicht besonders ausgeprägt, etwas frisch. Geschmack kellerig, im Abgang leicht herb.
