Brauerei im Berg Biraffe

A rich dark and malty beer refined with a secret blend of spices. The proportion of roasted malts give the beer the color and mouthfeel. After the first fermentation of the malt sugar here again dark sugar candy is poured in liquid form which leads to a second fermentation. The beer is fruity with a dominant taste of raisins. This beer is good for the cold season thanks to its warming properties.
