Beer description

Expect a beer with character in French Sainte-Cru. Since they brew American hops, they do not hesitate to use many of them as long as the result is intense and powerful. Well established on their line, they joined the project of Beery Christmas 2016 with the Hara-Kiri, a triple hop-brewed Sorachi Ace and Centennial. Blonde, clear and cloudy with a hint of lingering foam. Aromas of malt, caramel, banana, coconut, hops and citrus. In the mouth it is a sweet and bitter beer with coconut, caramel, yeast and hop flavors in a very malty phrase. Titrated at 8 ° C, the alcohol is well masked by an oily body and a moderate carbon dioxide, resulting in a sweet, malty and slightly bitter finish.
