Brasserie Le Père l'Amer - Origin'ale (Bio)

Probably the most boring beer in a brewery: the ‘blonde’. Often too light for amateurs, too typical for those not yet familiar with hops. We see this Origin'Ale as a gateway to our other beers, to the wonderful world of hops. A light Citra/Cascade dry hopping gives a very fruity nose without the intensity of a big IPA. A rather dry finish reveals a frank but short bitterness. A call for one more sip.
