This XI Sacred Heart is an Eisbock Pastry Stout flavoured with crème brûlée at 26%. Eisbocks are beers that are partially frozen to increase the alcohol content and release the full flavour. We recommend that you enjoy them at room temperature, as an aperitif, an accompaniment or even as a digestif.
