Blended in oak barrels: Fun Fou Brett (IPA sour with bretts) and Saison du Parc Vin Rouge (Saison matured in red wine barrels). A woody beer with a discreetly fruity nose. The finish is dry with a hint of acidity and the tannins of the wood give a pleasantly long finish.
