Beer description
The Exorciste is a mixed fermentation wheat beer (Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus). It has fermented for 18 months in French oak barrels. The beer presents delicate aromas of wood and tropical fruits, and a touch of acetic acid. In the mouth, the acidity is still delicate but also evident, and is balanced by the residual sugars found in the beer. No bitterness is detectable, except maybe some coming from the tannins of the wood.
