Brasserie Dieu du Ciel! - Blanche De Septembre

On the face of it, this traditional blanche is somewhere between a German and a Belgian. Coriander leads the way, followed by a hint of citrus and the smell of fresh bread. On the palate, this beer is sweet and fruity, with a slight citrus acidity. Coriander and ginger fill the mouth and a slight yeasty flavour comes through on the finish.
