Brasserie Dieu du Ciel! - Basse Messe

A pale German ale named after the city of Cologne (Koln in German), where it was born. This is a fairly simple beer with a slightly fruity aroma accompanied by a delicate hop nose. On the palate, there's a strong malt flavour complemented by a fine bitterness.
