So before you even take a taste, you gotta smell it. Do like the wine snobs do and swirl it a bit and then put the plastic cup right under your nose and get a big whiff. It tastes just like it smells, but the nose really helps your mouth get ready for all the flavor in this one. It's kinda like a big Cabernet, but you don't need the steak.... and it's a cider. Dark and super big on the boysenberry, it's semi-sweet and dry at the finish, with a surprising drop off for the amount of berry in this bad boy.
