Brouwerij Eleven - Bowler Hot IPA

Telling stories keeps the past alive. It is said that the IPA was invented by chance in the 18th century. To survive the voyage from England to India, additional hops were added. This kept the beer in good condition. Myth or not, it remains a beautiful story. In addition to their love of beer, the Beer Teller and Elf share a passion for stories. That's why we brewed the Bowler Hat, an English double IPA with caraway seeds and holy wood.
