The crew took one great cider and made it even better. The High and Dry by itself was simply awesome. It was a super clean, dry cider with a super yummy finish. Well..... they took the High and Dry to another level by aging it in oak barrels. This gave it more complexity and added a hint of oak and bourbon to the already exceptional cider.
