In collaboration with Modern Times Beer + Coffee, this beguiling mix of fresh doormen and barrel-aged porter has been brewed with ten varieties of malted barley, wheat and oats. After fermentation, this inky broth rested for two days on bourbon cask-aged coffee, refining traces of ripe fruit, citrus, and rich vanilla.
