The Episode 1 Tonne De Houblon by Boréale is an American-inspired IPA, double cold hopped, combining a blend of six American and New Zealand hops. The result: a very aromatic beer with notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits and a strong bitterness that leaves a long resinous finish on the palate.
