Brouwerij Boon - Mariage Parfait

Gold amber-colored beer with lots of yeast and a light white head of foam. Malty aroma, with caramel, fruity lemon. Medium sweet aftertaste with neat malt, caramel and fruit. Then slightly bitter and citrus-dry. Overall, a lot of fruit flavor that never forms directly, maybe a bit orange. Not sour on the finish but slightly sweet.
