Boom Island Ming

Ming (“Min­neso­ta” in Chi­nese) is an Asian inspired Ale based on the Chi­nese char­ac­ter, which trans­lates to ​“Clar­i­ty.” Made with rice, sticky rice, pil­sner malt and a dash of orange peel, it is light in col­or and body, fea­tures a crisp clean malt pro­file with bready accents. Ming is light­ly hopped with a del­i­cate and refresh­ing aro­ma and is per­fect­ly paired with a wide range of cuisines from around the world.
