Braumanufaktur Bonekamp - Boni's Helles

With the natural, unfiltered and bottom-fermented "Hellem", the beer style was reinterpreted. Normally, a Helles is hardly hopped, but this does not fit the brewer's philosophy. That's why there are still nicely fruity hop notes of the new hop variety Tango perceptible in the beer, whereby the beer has only 16 bitter units. The long and cool maturation makes this beer particularly mild, light brewing and caramalze give the beer a beautiful light color.
