Braumanufaktur Bonekamp - Summer Pale Ale

The natural, unfiltered Summer Pale Ale is a top-fermented beer with an original gravity of 13 °P., an alcohol content of 5.5% vol. and 30 bitter units. The light barley brewing malt gives it the typical light color. The elegant hopping took place with Cascade, Galena and Saphir aroma hops. In addition, the beer was cold hopped with Saphir and Cascade. The long aging gives the beer a fruity note.
