Beer description
The unfiltered beer contains with the cloudy also flavors that used to be quite normal in the days when filtration technology was lacking. And so Bolten Ur-Alt is left as it comes from the brewing kettle - with full, aromatic Altbiergeschmack, which owes not least to the production of selected pure culture yeast, and is awarded the DLG medal in gold.
