BOLTENs Malz is a non-alcoholic malt drink based on a traditional recipe. It is first brewed, as it should be, as a full beer with water, some hops and, of course, malt. In the case of malt drink, however, the malt sugar does not ferment into alcohol because the yeast is added at significantly lower temperatures. During filtering, glucose-fructose syrup is added for product sweetness. BOLTEN's malt has a full aromatic malt taste without being fattening, heavy or too sweet.
