Dellmann's Bräu - Boller Kopp

With our Dellmann's Pale Ale (DePA), honey, base alcohol and vanilla as well as various spices, we have conjured up a beer liqueur - you can look forward to it. It comes in a handsome black ceramic bottle containing 200 ml. As the photos show, we bottled the fine drop by hand after three months of maturation. Sealing the corks by hand using a hot-air hairdryer was a real pain, as the distance between the hairdryer nozzle and the plastic seal had to be maintained precisely in order to achieve the desired effect.
