Beer description
The second entry in ongoing collaborative series with good friend Chris from Tavalon. Brewed this 7% dry hopped wheat with loads of flaked and horrified wheat and a touch of munich. Brewed with and cold steeped in Tavalon’s Peachy Oolong paired this with Summer and Wai-iti hops throughout the process to amplify the huge peach flavors and stone fruit aromatics.
