For this brew started by layering a variety of dark malts along with flaked and malted oats to make this medium bodied porter rich, yet infinitely drinkable. Conditioned this one on coffee from Guatemala known for its smooth and fudgey flavor and gave it a splash of milk sugar to round things out. Enjoy this chocolate dominant, silky cup with background notes of toffee and citrus.
